Contest Spectacular

Remember last year when we did a limited Proskates/Monark Skateboards deck?? Yeah we did, they were awesome, but they gone now. We need more...the only problem is that we don't have a clue what to do with the graphic. This is where you come in. I have posted a link to download a .zip file with all the necessary logos and the template to design the deck.

You MUST COMPLETE THIS ASSIGNMENT USING ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR...no Photoshop. No rules as to what must be on the graphic, only that if it sucks its not going to win.

Prizes you ask? How about some of the decks that you designed and some other Pro and Monark goods.

Deadline? Ahhhh lets say May 1st, You have 1 month.

Beauty and the Beast Screening.

We had a small screening of the new Girl and Anti-Hero tour video at Uptown. The few people that braved the downpour watched dudes like Tony Trujillo, Rick McCrank, Frank Gerwer, Mike Carroll, Andrew Allen, Alex Olsen, Julien Stranger, Rick Howard, Peabody, Sean Malto, Robbie Russo, Brian Anderson, P-Kid, Max Schaff, Eric Koston, Peter Hewitt...you get the idea. Heres some random snaps from the festivities.

What would a Wednesday night be without Nacho attempting wizard status. He walked to the bar with his cans later that night.

I don't know what the hell Jon Beall was thinking. Hes like 6'3 and only brought a 6-pack. See how this video stokes you?

Young Stuart won the deck. He correctly answered the question which was to name the skaters on Girl and Anti-Hero that have won Thrasher's SOTY. The correct answer being John Cardiel, Mike Carroll, Eric Koston, Brian Anderson and Tony Trujillo.
